Polyester fabrics for care labels are the economical alternative to acetate fabrics and are mainly used in the clothing industry.
We currently supply canvas or satin polyester fabrics, which can be resin coated to make the labels non fray and more wash resistant.
The height of each roll depends on the application requirements, and ranges from a minimum of 10 mm to a maximum of 1,800 mm.
Our range of neutral polyester fabrics also include categories of products destined to special applications, such as flame retardant neutral polyester fabrics which comply with MV SS 302 standard requirements and polyester fabrics resistant to garment dyeing and stone wash treatments.
Polyester label fabrics can be printed using traditional printing, digital printing, laser printing and thermal transfer printing systems.
We manufacture neutral polyester textile materials in every colour. We have a catalogue of standard product colours, but we manage the entire manufacturing process, so we can also manufacture customised colour shades, starting from sample fabrics or from RAL codes supplied.
In order to reduce emissions and protect our planet, we also manufacture neutral fabrics in recycled polyester, more specifically label fabrics made from yarns obtained from the recycling of PET bottles.
Recycled polyester textile materials are also available with both satin and taffeta resin coatings, and offer excellent aesthetic and technical characteristics as they are glossy, hard-wearing and easy to print. Furthermore, recycled polyester fabrics enable our customers to bestow added value to their garments and give the end customers a sustainable alternative to traditional care labels.
