We manufacture rolls of fabrics which are then printed by our customers and transformed into labels and tags for clothing, household linen, mattresses, carpets, automotive components, packaging and marketing materials in general.

Our production takes place in Italy, at our Cassano Magnago facility, near Varese, where we have a warehouse for our ready to deliver products and we can customise each type of fabric according to the specific application.

We manufacture textile materials for labels that are sold neutral to be printed and assembled by our customers.

From traditional acetate tapes to nylon, polyester tapes, from an innovative velvet-feel flocked fabric to 100% organic and compostable fabrics.

Acetate label fabrics

Acetate label textile materials are amongst our flagship services. We are currently able to produce satin and acetate taffeta fabrics in an anti-thread version, in a self-adhesive version and in an eco-sustainable version.

Cotton label fabrics

Cotton label fabrics are made from superior-quality cotton fabrics. They are mainly requested by the clothing industry, but they are also used in the packaging and furnishing industries.

Adhesive Flock Rayon label fabrics

We have designed a new flocked fabric that has passed the ICE Bucket Test and, once processed, bestows the same sensation and visual effect as velvet. Ideal for high quality labels, the Flock Fashion Label is used in the cosmetic and wine and spirits industries.

Polyester label fabrics

We manufacture textile materials in double-resin coated polyester that can be printed on both sides, polyester satin suitable for all types of printing and eco-sustainable polyester tapes.

Nylon label fabrics

Our nylon label fabrics are resin coated on both sides and can be supplied in a self-adhesive version. Designed for thermal transfer printing, they are long-lasting and hard-wearing. The most common sizes are in stock and ready for delivery.

Eco-friendly label fabrics

The eco-friendly label fabric line includes sustainable acetate tapes, polyester tapes produced from recycled PET bottles, LABìO ECO-SOFT patented tapes and LABìO HANGreen tapes with compostable yarn and compostable or GOTS certified resin coatings.

Self-adhesive and Heat-adhesive

The range of self-adhesive products, in acetate satin and acetate and polyester taffeta, are mainly produced for the clothing, furniture and label manufacturing industries
